Recipe: Beer Bread

Summary: A simple bread made mostly of beer

Ingredients

  • 3 c. self rising flour
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 can beer, room temp.

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  3. Melt 1/4 cup butter and pour it over dough.
  4. Bake at 350 for an hour.
